Bridgeable is thrilled to announce that the company has recently undergone a successful management buyout. Katie McCormack and Mark Rose, each with nearly a decade at Bridgeable, are now at the helm as Partners and Co-Owners after providing strategic leadership as Vice Presidents.
When Bridgeable started in 2004 with the mission to design better products, we never could have anticipated how much it would flourish. Over the years, we’ve co-created our way from products to services alongside some incredible organizations and incredible people. Bridgeable has been fortunate to attract exceptional leaders in strategy and design, and we couldn’t think of any two better to take the reins into the next generation than Mark and Katie.
While this marks an exciting new chapter in Bridgeable’s story, we continue on with the same core values and mission to create a more human world, one experience at a time.
It's gratifying to know that the legacy of Bridgeable is in good hands.

Founder
As our team and direction remain unchanged, Bridgeable’s partners and customers can count on the same dedicated faces that are committed to improving the world through human-centered design. Our client partnerships are inspiring and the work that we do is incredibly motivating. We deeply value our client partnerships, and with this change in ownership, we are enhancing our ability to be more agile and responsive to your needs.
We are grateful to Bridgeable’s Founder, Chris Ferguson, who continues to be an advocate for all things Bridgeable, and we remain inspired as his focus shifts to translational research and professional development at the University of Toronto.
We look forward to building more bridges that connect you with your customers and to the next chapter in Bridgeable’s story.
