Our Office
Bridgeable is a service design studio whose office occupies land in Toronto, Ontario. We acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. We also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.
We are grateful for the opportunity to meet and work on this land, but we also want to remember that this Land Acknowledgement is more than a symbolic gesture. As individuals and as an organization, we are currently working to understand the history of our settlement, the enduring presence of Indigenous peoples and communities, and the ongoing impacts of colonialism and racism on Indigenous peoples, land, and cultures. We’re committed to listening and learning about what the Indigenous community needs and about our role as settlers.
We’re located in the Toronto Carpet Factory in Liberty Village.
