At Bridgeable, Olivia works on a range of internal initiatives to help support a collaborative community that values wellbeing. As an experienced researcher, with expertise in program management, facilitation, training, and social work practices, Olivia leverages a range of skills to develop creative initiatives that enhance organizational processes and build team engagement. Olivia holds a Master in Social Work and a Master in Public Health from Columbia University.
