Maddy works at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery, and is passionate about helping clients develop human-centred solutions to their most complex problems.

At Bridgeable, Maddy collaborates with cross-functional teams and employs leading research and service design methods to help organizations achieve their objectives. With professional experience spanning consulting, healthcare and government, she brings a systems-lens and creative mindset to every transformation project she approaches. Maddy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.
