Service Designer

Lauren is passionate about designing for those most vulnerable. She believes that centring those facing the greatest barriers leads to stronger, more inclusive solutions.

Lauren brings a systems lens and a people-centred approach to complex challenges across healthcare, community engagement, and participatory design in her work both in Canada and the UK. Energized by design with communities, she draws on facilitation, co-design, and insight synthesis to create thoughtful pathways that support meaningful change. Lauren holds an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London and a BSc in Psychology from McGill University.
