Claire has over ten years of experience in service design, user experience, and design-led innovation.

She has helped organizations across retail, finance, and healthcare craft memorable end-to-end journeys. Applying her human-centred design expertise, Claire creates internal capability-building programs for organizations that desire to take a more patient-centric approach and facilitates participatory design sessions so that organizations and end-users can work together to improve the patient experience. Claire continues to build upon and share her design knowledge through conferences and teaching at OCAD U.
