He uses project management skills and service design capabilities to determine where potential problems and opportunities lie. He is able to identify and translate complex requirements into metrics and narratives that all stakeholders can relate to and make use of. He supports the organization’s agility and ability to manage change through communication, empowerment, and technical solutions. Project governance and operational excellence are Cam’s main initiatives in his role.
