Caitlin is passionate about creating meaningful solutions that humanize the design of health services and systems.

Curiosity, playfulness, and people are at the heart of Caitlin’s practice. She enjoys unpacking complex topics within health systems and is committed to listening to the needs of patients, caregivers, care team members, and organizations to create actionable, human-centered solutions.

Caitlin holds an MSc Degree in Biomedical Communications and a BSc in Human Biology and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Toronto.
