In many ways, the COVID pandemic has revealed significant gaps in the healthcare system. Many of the innovations we’re seeing around vaccine rollout (mobile clinics, mail-order kits, the provision of care in non-traditional locations like pharmacies, increasing digital engagement with physicians) have emerged to fill these gaps, and have overturned assumptions about barriers to care that were previously thought intractable.
