Our interview process
Application review
Once we have reviewed your application, someone will reach out to connect.
First round interview
This will be a 1:1 with a member of our people and culture team. The conversation will be about getting to know you, and explaining more about Bridgeable and our team. It is an opportunity for you to ask questions about our company and community, and to clarify any questions about the role, availability, and salary expectations.
Second round
During this round, you will meet more of the Bridgeable team through a panel interview with 2-3 Bridgeable team members of varying levels. This conversation will include a presentation from you, depending on the role:
- For Designer, Senior Designer, and Lead positions: during a 60-minute interview, you will be asked to present a past project experience.
- For Manager positions and above: during a 90-minute interview, you will have time to complete a case interview, investigate, and propose a solution to a challenging business scenario. Additional instructions will be shared with applicants that get to this round.
There will also be plenty of time to ask us more questions, explain how you hope to grow in your career, and get to know the Bridgeable community.
