Rachelle is a lifelong learner who pushes boundaries by wondering why and asking questions to unravel problems.

Her curiosity coupled with sales and design thinking experience allows her to guide teams to develop the right-fit solutions for clients. Rachelle uses systems thinking to understand the interconnected elements of an organization so that problems are not viewed independently of other processes. Prior to Bridgeable, she worked with firms on cultural transformations and is passionate about changing mindsets and behaviours. Rachelle holds a BSc in Biology from UBC and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
