Josh helps large, complex groups of stakeholders define and articulate a shared vision for the future.

He specializes in projects requiring sensitive facilitation and strategic storytelling to advance transformation. Josh led the facilitation and writing of Fast Forward: The Plan to Modernize New York City Transit, which won a 2019 Fast Company Innovation by Design Award in the mobility category, earned 1st Prize in the Design Value Awards from the Design Management Institute, and helped lead to a historic investment in New York’s transit system. He has contributed his facilitation and storytelling expertise to countless Bridgeable projects since 2014, spanning sectors including financial services, telecommunications, and health and wellness. In his spare time, Josh hones his ability to distil complexity by writing children’s books. He holds his MBA from Columbia Business School.
