Jim provides advice to Bridgeable’s leaders on strategy and business performance. Jim was formerly Bridgeable’s Chief Operating Officer.

His career includes successful senior leadership roles in startups, restarts and large enterprise organizations in North America and Europe. His work passions focus on driving growth, simplifying ambiguity and creating an environment where engaged employees give rise to clients who evangelize the relationship. Jim has been active in the community as an outspoken advocate for diversity in the workplace. Jim chaired the Board of Directors of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) from 2014 to 2016.
