Early 2020 gave way to an increased investment in improved experiences across all types of industries, especially healthcare. Organizations were faced with systems changes and had to adapt their operations in order to better serve the humans on the other end of their services.

Over the past few years, Bridgeable has been on the frontlines of these rapid, systemic changes, supporting these organizations in designing improved services and experiences that were critical to a pandemic and post-pandemic world. We were able to contribute to equitable healthcare and access–building vaccine confidence in underserved communities, collaborate on a national framework for social prescribing, support organizations in a transition to remote workspaces, empowered employees to juggle home and work life, and much more work that we’re incredibly proud of.

To meet the demand for service design, the Bridgeable team has steadily grown, adding over 15 new wonderful team members over the past 2 years with exciting new leaders emerging. Today, we’re excited to name Andrea Guertin as Managing Director.

Andrea joined us amidst the pandemic as Vice President, Design Strategy, bringing us a wealth of knowledge and experience in innovation strategies and change management. Throughout her time at Bridgeable, Andrea has shaped the heart and culture of our organization and has continued to instill our values in empathy, partnership, and expertise.
